This paper advances models, taxonomy and supporting methodology for the analysis of complex information processes in network-based operations and organizations. Assessed are effectiveness and efficiency of systems interactions and affected intra- and inter- organizational processes. Methodology is derived from an operational knowledge analytics and management system designed to assess next-generation military e-services and infrastructure. The experimental technologies parallel systems that we can expect to find in next-generation transaction-oriented exchanges that include inter-organizational processes and the integration of distributed information and knowledge.
